Shall support the functional tasks of the organization on a weekly basis covering all THE GOVERNMENT AGENCY product and program organizations, with emphasis on: Create technical documents for instructional guidelines, installations, and product retirement processes, collect policies from IT sources at THE GOVERNMENT AGENCY, consolidate IT hardware & software policy and procedure to include requirements development and documentation. Document results in a clear and concise manner for presentation at executive levels within the GOVERNMENT AGENCY. Develop metrics for objectives, productivity measures, and a means to provide periodic reporting of those metrics to executive staff.
Education/Experience Requirement: AA Degree and 2-5 years of experience in technical documentation generation for Information Technology program reporting and management, building requirements collection and reporting lists, technical tables, and Microsoft Project 2003 or equivalent with extensive use of a computer primarily using Microsoft Word or Corel Word Perfect software, or a related functional responsibility.

Shall support the functional tasks of the organization on a weekly basis covering all THE GOVERNMENT AGENCY product and program organizations, with emphasis on: Compiling software license policies from internal and external resources, develop documents that direct actions to support the development and testing of a software licensing process to ensure data collect from request collection, on-hand application comparison, security certification and accreditation, to include the relationship of IT component data records to installed configuration covering the software license and management portion of local or enterprise wide Application software / Hardware. Skills in MS Access and Excel are essential, in addition the MS Word and WordPerfect 8.0 or better. Knowledge of System Management Servers (SMS) is PLUS.
Education/Experience Requirement: BS Degree and 3-5 years of experience in building tables and reports on any inventory tracking process, with an understanding of IT licensing or a related functional responsibility.

Relocating and setting up computers with in different offices of client site with radios of 50 mil.
Education/Experience Requirement: HS diploma and 3-5 years of experience in building tables and reports on any inventory tracking process, with an understanding of computer hardware and software and related functional responsibility.
One-to-two years of experience installing and supporting networks, network capabilities and configurations and administrating UNIX, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP operating systems. Familiar with Microsoft Office, ServiceCenter, NetCool, HP OpenView, NetIQ, Crystal Reports, Cisco Works and Internet Explorer.. Ability to troubleshoot network problems and resolve them independently with the remote tools available in the EOC.
Certifications in CISCO, DELL, and Microsoft preferred.
Education/Experience Requirement:

The Task Manager will oversee all employees and lead overall day-to-day operations of the employees. The Task Manager will specifically perform the following tasks, but are not limited to:. Coordinate all scheduling, time and attendance matters Includes approving schedules changes, leave requests, ensuring shift coverage (to include holidays)
Ensure adequate coverage in the event an employee is absent.(Vacation, sick leave, or emergency)
Coordinate training for EOC Systems staff with Shift Leads . Coordinate and arrange for all training of new hires (training will be performed by another employee) Meet monthly with all shift leads, to ensure policies and procedures are being followed.
Perform all necessary duties to manage and performance of each employee - to include quality assurance of all tickets and make necessary adjustment and corrective measures to each individual staff member as needed.
Use all means necessary to ensure a quality work product for all staff.
Review all Critical Pages as they occur to ensure that EOC policy is being followed
Provide technical guidance, training and support to all employees in all functional areas of the EOC . Provide remedial training as necessary. Direct liaison between Gov and employees for all performance and administrative matters
Managerial duties as necessary
Management/administrative control of contract personnel.
Monthly meeting with Technical Manager (TM) and Alternate
Education/Experience Requirement: Batchelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or equivalent. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Five-to-ten (5-10) years of related IT project management experience
